I’m De’iona Monay- an actress, speaker, and transformational leader devoted to guiding women back to their divine essence.
My work was born from my own journey through burnout, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from my body, while still appearing successful on the outside. It was in that season that I learned the true power of slowing down, softening, and returning inward. That return became my reset.
Now, through storytelling, sacred spaces, and immersive experiences, I help women reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and remember who they were before survival mode.
From speaking on global stages to leading transformational group experiences, including retreats in Uganda, Africa, my mission remains the same: To create spaces where women feel safe to rest, receive, and come back home to themselves.
I lead with intention, integrity, and deep reverence for every woman I serve.
